Align Pilates C8-Pro Reformer Noir (Black)

The Align Pilates C8-Pro Noir is the C8-Pro reformer finished in black. It keeps the oversized aluminium profile, sturdy foot bar and 8 wheel carriage that make the C8-Pro a common choice for busy studios.

Eight rollerblade style PU wheels give a quiet, soft ride with 106.5 cm of travel, and the Rapid Change spring bar moves one handed with the springs attached.

The C8-Pro Noir is wheeled for moving and storage, can be stacked, and accepts both the Full Cadillac and the Half Cadillac for later expansion.

The Noir version pairs a black frame with black upholstery for a bold, uniform look across a studio floor.

Rapid Change spring bar
Lift and move the spring bar with one hand and the springs in place. Align says this saves up to 12 steps compared with a standard spring bar.

Quiet 8 wheel ride
Eight PU wheels run on anodised aluminium runners for a softer, quieter ride with little maintenance.

Stands and stacks
Wheels make the C8-Pro Noir easy to move. With the optional leg extensions or free standing legs it can stand on end, and it can be stacked for storage.

Full and Half Cadillac ready
Add the Full Cadillac or Half Cadillac to grow the reformer into a tower station as your studio develops.

Easy rope setup
Lift both rope locker levers to adjust the ropes together, or one lever to fine tune a single rope. The risers offer 7 height positions.

Installation

Unpack with two people
The main carton weighs around 40 kg, so two people are needed. Lift the frame out onto a level floor clear of obstructions.

Fit the foot bar
Cut the cable ties, set the chrome gear bar in the third slot and bolt the foot bar selector bar to it on both sides with the allen key provided.

Insert the carriage
Remove the runner stoppers, slide the carriage in with the springs toward the standing platform, adjust the side wheels until it runs freely and refit the stoppers.

Risers, ropes and shoulder rests
Fit the shoulder rests and rope risers, attach the silent handles and thread the ropes through the rope controller. Align allows 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Warranty, Shipping and Returns

Align-Pilates backs this machine with a limited commercial warranty for the original owner, starting on the date of purchase. It is written for use of up to 37.5 hours a week and a maximum user weight of 330 lb (150 kg). Frames in metal or aluminium, and welded components, are covered for ten years; wooden frames and spring bar mechanisms for five; footbar mechanisms for three; other parts that do not wear for two; and ropes, straps, clips, handles and wheels for one.

Springs carry two years or 3,000 hours in a studio of up to five reformers, and one year or 3,000 hours beyond that. Upholstery is covered for 90 days after delivery. Wear and tear, misuse, modification, surface scratches and rust fall outside the cover, and Align asks that the maintenance steps in the manual are kept up.

Shipping
Shipping is free within the United States. Align-Pilates dispatches in-stock orders from its North American warehouse within two business days of the order being confirmed, and reformers, cadillacs, chairs and barrels travel on a freight pallet to protect them in transit. The carrier contacts you to arrange delivery, which is to the curb, so plan for two people to bring the boxes inside. Most orders arrive in 1 to 3 weeks; we send tracking as soon as it is issued.

Inspect on delivery
Check every box before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours so a replacement can be arranged.

Returns
Large equipment, meaning reformers, cadillacs, chairs and ladder barrels, is not returnable under the manufacturer's policy. Measure the room and read the specifications carefully before you order, and ask us if anything is unclear. Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or wrong is replaced through Align-Pilates when reported within 48 hours of delivery, and you can cancel at no cost before the order ships.
